Blinta Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blinta website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by SIA "BASKO", a Latvian limited liability company, registration number 40203289054, with registered address "Sveteli", Turki, Turku pag., Livanu nov., LV-5312, Latvia ("Blinta", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, linking a game account, purchasing a subscription, or participating in missions, challenges, or rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Blinta Is

Blinta is a League of Legends mission and rewards platform. It lets players earn Blinta Points (BP) by completing in-game missions and challenges — tracked through your linked Riot account — and spend those points in the reward shop on available rewards.

Blinta also offers personal ranked analytics, including matchup patterns, build trends, rune profiles, performance graphs, and champion pool analysis, derived from your own linked game data.

Blinta may offer both:

  • free access features, including standard missions, the leaderboard, and basic analytics; and
  • paid subscription features, including expanded mission access, additional mission capacity, and premium personal analytics.

Blinta is not a game publisher, game operator, or payment institution. Blinta is a third-party platform that uses official and permitted Riot Games data sources to verify gameplay activity and provide mission-based progression experiences.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a subscription, or receive a payout or prize through the Service.

2.2 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to use the Service in compliance with applicable law.

2.3 Location Restrictions. The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. We may limit, suspend, or deny access, subscriptions, missions, prize eligibility, or payouts based on your country, region, sanctions screening, legal restrictions, fraud risk, or operational limitations.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing, you may maintain only one Blinta account per person.

3. Accounts and Linked Accounts

3.1 Account Creation. Certain features require you to create a Blinta account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep that information updated.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

3.3 Linked Game Accounts. To use certain features, you may need to link a supported third-party or game account. By linking such an account, you represent that:

  • you control or are authorized to use that account;
  • the information you provide is accurate; and
  • you authorize us to use account-related data as needed to operate, verify, and administer the Service.

3.4 Suspension and Termination. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to all or part of the Service if we reasonably believe that:

  • you violated these Terms;
  • you violated applicable law or third-party platform rules;
  • you engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, or deceptive conduct;
  • your activity creates legal, financial, technical, or reputational risk for Blinta, users, partners, or third parties; or
  • we are required to do so for compliance, security, or operational reasons.

4. Free Features, Premium Features, and Service Structure

4.1 Free Access. Blinta may offer free access to certain features, missions, challenge tracks, or limited reward opportunities. Free access features may change over time.

4.2 Premium Access. Blinta may offer paid subscriptions that unlock or expand access to premium features, such as:

  • additional monthly missions;
  • extended mission capacity;
  • enhanced progression tracking;
  • personal stats or account history;
  • cleaner or ad-reduced experiences;
  • priority support; and
  • early access to selected platform features.

Premium benefits are defined by the Service as presented at the time of purchase and may be updated prospectively.

4.3 No Purchase Necessary for Basic Access. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific feature, purchasing a subscription is not required to create an account or use basic Service functionality.

4.4 No Guarantee of Outcome. Whether using free or premium features, Blinta does not guarantee that you will complete any mission, earn any reward, qualify for any prize, or receive any specific value.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

5.1 Paid Plans. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, charges, or fees disclosed to you before purchase.

5.2 Billing Providers. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. Your payment may also be subject to the provider's terms, privacy policy, and authentication requirements.

5.3 Automatic Renewal. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.

5.4 Failed Payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may:

  • pause premium access immediately;
  • retry billing through our payment provider or according to the provider's retry logic;
  • place your subscription into a temporary grace or recovery state if we choose to offer one; and
  • limit or remove access to premium-only features during the unpaid period.

If payment is successfully recovered, premium access may be restored in accordance with the Service rules then in effect.

5.5 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or other method made available in the Service. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no further renewals will be charged after cancellation.

5.6 Price Changes. We may change pricing for future billing periods. Any price change will apply prospectively and will not affect the current paid period already purchased.

5.7 Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including where:

  • you do not use the Service;
  • you fail to complete missions;
  • you do not qualify for a prize or reward;
  • a linked third-party account becomes unavailable; or
  • your premium access is paused due to failed payment.

6. Missions, Challenge Tracks, and Progression

6.1 Mission Rules. Mission, challenge, and progression rules are defined within the Service and may depend on factors such as:

  • supported game;
  • mode or queue type;
  • region;
  • account status;
  • start and end time;
  • linked account status;
  • match verification data; and
  • other criteria described in the Service.

6.2 Prospectively Applied Rules. We may change mission structures, milestone requirements, progression logic, feature availability, prize-track details, or related rules prospectively for future periods, events, or users.

6.3 Activation Timing. Unless otherwise stated, only gameplay activity occurring after the relevant mission, track, or premium access becomes active on your account will count toward progress.

6.4 Premium-Only Tracks. Some missions, mission tracks, milestone paths, or progression features may be available only to users with active premium access, as shown in the Service.

7. Rewards, Prizes, and Eligibility

7.1 General. Blinta may offer rewards, prize opportunities, milestone-based benefits, or similar promotional or platform-based incentives ("Rewards").

7.2 No Guaranteed Reward Value. We do not guarantee that any mission track, prize opportunity, or featured reward will remain available, be payable at any specific value, or be won or received by any particular user.

7.3 Eligibility Conditions. To be eligible for a Reward, you may need to satisfy all conditions specified by the Service, including:

  • active account status;
  • compliance with these Terms;
  • successful mission verification;
  • compliance with anti-fraud rules;
  • linked account integrity;
  • location eligibility;
  • completion of any required identity or payout checks; and
  • any additional rules shown in the Service.

7.4 Revocation. We may deny, revoke, adjust, withhold, or cancel a Reward or prize eligibility if we reasonably determine that:

  • verification failed or later became unreliable;
  • the Reward was obtained through abuse, fraud, manipulation, or rule circumvention;
  • the linked gameplay or account activity breached publisher rules or Service rules; or
  • legal, compliance, technical, or operational reasons require us to do so.

7.5 Promotional Nature. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rewards and prize opportunities offered through the Service are promotional or platform-based benefits and are not deposits, stored value, e-money, bank balances, gambling winnings, or financial products.

8. Verification and Anti-Abuse Controls

8.1 Verification Methods. We may verify gameplay activity, mission completion, or eligibility through one or more methods, including:

  • official API data;
  • permitted third-party tools or data sources;
  • linked account checks;
  • match identifiers;
  • timestamps and telemetry;
  • screenshots or other user-submitted evidence; and
  • manual review.

8.2 Finality. We may accept, reject, delay, revoke, or mark verification as inconclusive in our reasonable discretion. Verification outcomes are final except where we choose to re-review a case.

8.3 Unverifiable Activity. If third-party data becomes unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, changed, restricted, or technically unusable, we may:

  • delay mission updates;
  • use alternative verification methods;
  • mark activity as unverifiable; or
  • decline eligibility for affected missions or Rewards.

8.4 Prohibited Manipulation. You may not attempt to manipulate the Service, verification, or mission progress through:

  • bots, automation, scripts, or exploits;
  • account sharing;
  • boosting;
  • match-fixing;
  • intentionally distorted gameplay;
  • falsified evidence;
  • multiple account abuse; or
  • any attempt to game progression, verification, or Reward allocation.

9. Payouts and Prize Fulfillment

9.1 Fulfillment Methods. Rewards or prizes may be fulfilled through one or more methods chosen by Blinta, including digital fulfillment, third-party platforms, account credit, alternative substitutes, or other supported methods.

9.2 Required Information. To receive certain Rewards, you may be required to provide information such as your legal name, address, payment details, tax information, or identity verification documents.

9.3 Verification and Compliance. We may delay or refuse payout or fulfillment pending fraud screening, sanctions screening, KYC/AML review, identity verification, or other compliance checks.

9.4 Processing Delays. Reward or payout processing may be delayed due to technical issues, provider delays, compliance reviews, data availability issues, or other operational factors.

9.5 Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, declarations, or reporting obligations related to Rewards or payouts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9.6 Forfeiture. Where permitted by law, we may cancel, withhold, or forfeit a payout or prize if:

  • you fail to provide required information within a reasonable time;
  • delivery is impossible;
  • you are legally ineligible;
  • you fail required verification;
  • your account is suspended for abuse or fraud; or
  • prolonged inactivity prevents fulfillment.

10. Third-Party Services and Riot Disclaimer

10.1 Third-Party Services. The Service may rely on third-party services, including game publishers, authentication providers, APIs, analytics tools, payment providers, infrastructure vendors, and communication platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, data inaccuracies, or discontinued functionality.

10.2 No Endorsement. Blinta is an independent third-party service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Blinta is not endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or affiliated with any game publisher or platform provider.

10.3 Riot Disclaimer. Blinta is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Riot's League developer documentation requires this disclaimer to be readily visible to users.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • violate any game publisher's terms, rules, or community guidelines;
  • cheat, bot, boost, exploit, or manipulate gameplay or verification;
  • create multiple accounts to gain advantage;
  • submit false, misleading, or forged information;
  • harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others;
  • interfere with, scan, attack, or reverse engineer the Service;
  • attempt to bypass security or access controls;
  • use the Service for money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or other illicit conduct; or
  • use the Service in a way that creates unusual operational, legal, or financial risk for Blinta.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Blinta Property. The Service, including its software, design, interface, branding, logos, and original content, is owned by Blinta or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

12.2 Limited License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

12.3 User Content. If you submit content to the Service, including screenshots, support messages, or verification evidence, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, display, and use that content as necessary to operate, verify, secure, support, and improve the Service.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process your information as described there.

14. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time for product, legal, security, compliance, fraud-prevention, technical, or operational reasons.

We may also change missions, premium benefits, linked account requirements, supported games, progression logic, prize structures, payout methods, verification rules, or feature availability prospectively.

15. Disclaimers

15.1 As Is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

15.2 No Warranty of Availability or Success. We do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • linked third-party accounts or APIs will remain available;
  • any mission progress will be trackable or verifiable;
  • any Reward will be earned, retained, or fulfilled; or
  • any premium feature will remain unchanged forever.

15.3 No Game Publisher Responsibility. Any game publisher or platform provider is not responsible for Blinta, Blinta Rewards, subscription terms, payouts, verification outcomes, or disputes relating to the Service.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Blinta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity; and
  • Blinta's total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
  • the total amount you paid to Blinta in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blinta, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Service;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of any law or third-party right;
  • your fraud, abuse, or misconduct; or
  • your misuse of any linked account or third-party service.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice where reasonably necessary, including for breach, fraud, abuse, legal risk, provider requirements, security reasons, or discontinuation of the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on payments owed, verification, prize revocation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and disputes.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the courts of Latvia, including the courts having jurisdiction over Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have certain mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version and revise the "Last Updated" date above.

If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
